Krill Kudos
Dr Kinneret Keren, senior lecturer in the Faculty of Physics, received the 2010 Krill Prize awarded by the Wolf Foundation to six excelling young faculty members at Israeli universities who have not yet been granted tenure. Keren joined the Faculty in 2008 as a Horev Fellow in the Leaders in Science and Technology Program, and also received an Allon Fellowship from the Council for Higher Education. Her research is in biophysics, biological self-organization, actin-based cell motility, and artificial cells.
